Tasca D’Almerita produces wines rewarded all over the world and the family feels a true passion for the sea.
In 1993 Giuseppe Tasca D’Almerita was one of the founder of Circolo della Vela Sicilia and in 1982 he became the President.
Since 2005, year of foundation of Palermo-Montecarlo, the boat which achieved the first position in real time won Tasca D’Almerita Trophy.
By the time famous boats won the Trophy, by Maxi yacht to technological boats where the most important thing is to go through 500 miles of Regatta to reach speed record.
